We are currently seeking Telehealth Psychiatrists, Therapists and Psychologists and (an Independent Contractor role) to join our growing team! Specifically, we are looking for providers who have been practicing independently for at least four years post licensure. Enrollment in a state Medicaid program is a plus. This is a remote, work from home position.

What you'll do? 

An MDLIVE Telehealth Provider provides telehealth consultations for our growing panel of patients from around the nation. Specifics of the job include:

• Providing availability on your calendar (at least 8-10 hrs./week) for patients seeking care to schedule an appointment with you
• Consult and treat patients virtually by providing telehealth services in the area of your experience and training
• Physician must at all times meet the following qualifications:
• Maintain a license or licenses to practice in one or more States
• Obtain and maintain all appropriate approvals to prescribe and dispense drugs under applicable state and federal laws (psychiatry)
• Apply for, obtain, and/or maintain active medical staff privileges at MDLIVE pursuant to Medical Staff Bylaws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Complete all MDLIVE telemedicine training
• Consistent with Company’s procedures and policies, Provider shall prepare and complete, timely and accurate records with respect to the services and treatment rendered to any patient by Physician
• Meet or exceed quality, patient satisfaction, connectivity and other defined Medical Group standards

What skills and experience do you bring?

• MD (Psychiatry), PhD or MA in a mental health specialization such as Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. and be able to practice independently without supervision.
• Experience practicing independently for at least four (4) years post licensure experience
• Telehealth experience a plus
• Ability to provide high quality care, using verbal, written, and analytical skills; with a high level of empathy
