Telecounselors provides individual counseling services via a HIPAA compliant, synchronous video platform to patients within New Season's clinics across the United States. Telecounselors work remotely and must adhere to assigned schedules dependent on their clinic assignments and patient needs. Team members work within a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of the Medical Director, Program Director, Treatment Services Coordinator, Counselors and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patient and to assist in their overall well-being.   Essential Functions: Performs individual counseling with assigned patients via synchronous video communication.
